And Said Star
Terms of use
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms cover your use of andsaidstar.co and the temple at andsaidstar.co/temple ("And Said Star"), made by Daniela StarCat. By using And Said Star you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What this is
And Said Star is a tool for reflection and entertainment. It shows your birth chart through several traditions (Western and Vedic astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, the Dreamspell and Maya calendar, numerology, tarot, Chinese Four Pillars, Egyptian astrology and astrocartography) and lets you talk with guides about it.
It does not predict the future. Nothing on it is medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice, and it is not a diagnosis of anything. Please do not make important decisions about your health, money, relationships or safety based on it. For those, speak with a qualified professional. You are the final authority on your own life.
Readings are written by AI
The guides, the Oracle, the daily transmission and the readings for skies you calculate are written in the moment by an AI model (Claude, made by Anthropic). AI can be wrong, can misread a chart and can say things that do not fit you. Take what is useful and leave the rest.
If you are struggling or thinking about harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line. In the US you can call or text 988.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use And Said Star.
Your birth details and other people's
Only enter birth details that are yours, or that you have permission to use. How your details are handled is explained in the privacy notice.
Fair use
Please use And Said Star as a person exploring a sky. Do not try to break it, overload it, copy it wholesale, or use its guides as a general AI service through scripts or other tools. To keep it free and running, each visitor has a daily limit on guide replies, and access can be paused for anyone who misuses it.
Who owns what
The design, writing, artwork, sound and code of And Said Star belong to Daniela StarCat. You are welcome to share the share cards the temple makes for you, and links to it. Please do not copy the temple or its writing for your own product.
The traditions it draws on belong to their own lineages and creators. Human Design, Gene Keys and Dreamspell are the work of their creators; And Said Star describes them in its own words and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Free for now
And Said Star is free while the temple opens. If paid features come later, they will be clearly marked, with their own terms shown before you pay. Features may change, pause or end at any time.
No guarantees
And Said Star is offered as it is. Chart calculations are checked carefully but may contain errors, and the service may be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent the law allows, Daniela StarCat is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using it or relying on it.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top will change when they are, and using And Said Star after that means you accept the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
