The short version: your birth details stay in your own browser. When you talk with a guide, your chart and your words are sent to Claude, made by Anthropic, to write the reply, and are not kept by And Said Star afterwards. Your details are never sold and never used to train AI.

Your birth details

When you calculate a sky, you enter names, a birth date, a birth time and a birthplace. The chart is calculated in your browser, on your own device. The names and birth details are saved only in your browser's storage on that device, so the temple remembers your sky next time. They are not sent to a database.

To remove them, open the temple, press "change" under the name in the top corner and remove the sky. Clearing your browser's site data for andsaidstar.co removes everything at once, including your last Oracle reading and which rooms you have opened.

Talking with the guides

The guides, the Oracle, Gather a circle, the daily transmission and the readings for calculated skies need an AI model to write their words. When you use them, your browser sends a summary of the chart you are viewing, and what you write, through andsaidstar.co and Netlify (the site host, which connects to the AI service) to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, which writes the reply. The chart summary can include birth details and names.

And Said Star does not save your conversations. Anthropic processes them under its own commercial terms and privacy policy. Please do not share anything in a conversation that you would not want sent this way.

To keep the guides free and stop misuse, the site keeps a daily count of how many replies each visitor has asked for. The count is linked to a scrambled code made from your internet address, never the address itself.

The list

If you join the list, the first name and email you enter are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and may be moved to an email service (Mailchimp) so news can be sent to you. They are used only to send you news about And Said Star and Daniela's work. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Services the site loads

Like any website, the services that deliver its parts receive your internet address and basic browser details when they do. The site is hosted by Netlify. The temple loads its fonts from Google Fonts and two open-source code libraries from jsDelivr and cdnjs (Cloudflare). The front page uses fonts served from this site. And Said Star sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Never sold

Your details are never sold or traded, and never used to train AI. The only others who handle them are the services named above, for the purposes named above.

Age

And Said Star is for people 18 and older. If you believe someone younger has joined the list, write and their details will be deleted.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete anything held about you (such as your email on the list), write to hi@daniela.love and it will be done.
